There are a few categories of tools that we can't help with: 1) Fully native mobile apps (e.g. Whatsapp or Uber) - though web-based mobile apps are supported; 2) Existing products written in traditional code; -3) Apps that need to work without an internet connection.

Yes. We have many components within our solution to secure access to the App. We can also consider many specific security requirements, if they exist and make them part of the final solution.

Yes. We always design apps to optimize for scale, based on our understanding of the potential features and user behavior our client envisions. 

We price our projects based on how much effort they are going to take in terms of the functionality and design. This is why we have a specific process, including Scoping, to be able to present a price point against which we can deliver.

You own the rights to the concept in your Excel spreadsheet, your application, and all user-generated data created through the App. XL2App retains the ownership of the IP for our blocks and technology, pre-designed page and element templates that we use across multiple projects. 

Yes, you can come back to us at any point after the initial build for additional work. You can request ad-hoc updates or sign up for a monthly plan, which will come with a certain amount of team capacity.
